Guangzhou Daily: Huangpu gains 3 extra national enterprise technical centers

Guangzhou Goaland Energy Conservation Tech, Guangzhou MINO Equipment and Guangzhou Yipinhong Pharmacy in Huangpu district have all been recently selected for inclusion in the 27th group of national enterprise technical centers.

The list of newly-recognized national enterprise technical centers was jointly released by the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Finance, the General Administration of Customs, and the State Taxation Administration. The nominees are believed to have leading advantages in technological innovation in their respective industries. 

The annual input of Guangzhou Yipinhong Pharmacy for technical innovation accounts for about 10 percent of the revenue of its self-owned products.

Huangpu is currently home to 18 national enterprise technical centers, accounting for 51.43 percent of Guangzhou's total and 20.69 percent of Guangdong's total.

In addition, the district also has six national engineering laboratories, 13 national engineering technology research centers, 51 provincial enterprise technical centers, 21 provincial engineering laboratories, and nine provincial key enterprise laboratories, according to incomplete statistics.
