Chuangye Park

Covering 12.7 hectares, Chuangye Park in Guangzhou's Huangpu district is an ideal place for sightseeing, physical exercise, and picnicking.

The eastern part is a citizen square for fitness and recreational activities, while in the western part sits Xuelang Lake.

Visitors can admire the cherry blossoms in spring, lotus flowers in summer as well as dawn redwood trees that turn bright red and orange in autumn and winter.

Chuangye Park.

Also known as the metasequoia, dawn redwood trees are native to China and widely regarded as "living fossils" since their existence dates back to the Cretaceous period.

Take buses 327 or 366 to Chuangye Park stop
