Located at the southeast area of Guangzhou's Huangpu district, Huangpu New Port sits at the mouth of the Pearl River. 

Being a major transportation hub for marine transportation in the South China area, Huangpu New Port has attached great importance to preventing imported cases of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).

Efforts have been made to improve the normalized COVID-19 pandemic prevention and control mechanisms, as well as to help shipping companies resume their operations, bolstering the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
