Nanfang Daily: Huangpu Customs helps exports of Guangzhou-made automobiles

A total of 323 Jeeps produced by GAC Group to be exported to the Philippines finished export declaration at Huangpu Customs on March 30, marking the first trial of Jeeps exports to the Philippines.

The trial has benefitted from the new handling model offered by the Suidong Customs under Huangpu Customs.

The model allows bulk cargo to be declared as a whole, while the cargo can be transported into the bonded logistic zone in batches. It has also made full use of the smart check posts to increase logistics efficiency.

A person in charge of Suidong Customs stated that the new model is more convenient and efficient, as well as that it can relieve the financial pressure of companies.
