Guangzhou Daily: Huangpu companies set new record in mask machine production

A work team formed by key companies in Guangzhou's Huangpu district and their supply chains to make breakthroughs in producing mask machines has set a new record in Guangzhou for producing 100 machines in one month, Guangzhou Daily reported on March 9.

The team, led by Sinomach Intelligence Technology Co Ltd and Guangzhou Robotics Alliance, was formed by companies like Guangzhou Start to Sail Industrial Robot Co Ltd, Guangzhou Mino Automotive Equipment Co Ltd, GSK CNC Equipment Co Ltd, and China Design Group Co Ltd on Feb 5.

The team started 24-hour operations from Feb 8 and finished the test for the first mask machine on Feb 18. The team spent 20 days putting the machine into mass production and finish the production of 100 machines by March 8, breaking a new record in Guangzhou.

Currently, Sinomach Intelligence Technology Co Ltd has developed the model machine to produce N95 masks, while research on making masks for children is underway.
