Local government portal website wins national awards

The government portal website of Guangzhou's Huangpu district has won two national awards among all government portal websites in China at different levels, ranking first among all websites for national economic and technological development zones.

Both the Chinese and English versions of the website were recognized for their outstanding achievements, according to the assessment results released by authority organizations including chinadaily.com.cn and chinahightech.com, which are based on the websites' recommendations and combined influence.

After years of efforts, Huangpu's government portal website has been established as a comprehensive service platform integrating publicity, policy interpretation, guidance, interactions, and handling service affairs.
