The company is active in investment management services, asset management and enterprise management services. Its parent company, Cedar Holdings Group, was founded in 1997, with total assets of 221 billion yuan, ranking No 361 in the Fortune Global 500, and is the only Fortune 500 enterprise founded in Guangzhou. It has six major industrial groups, including Gongtongyun Supplychain Group, Chemical Industry Supplychain Group, Cultural Tourism Group, King Vision Real Estate Group, and Community Ecology Operation Group. Cedar Holdings is also the owner of two A-share listed companies: Qixiang Tengda (002408) and Sinoer (002485).
