Information Times: Huangpu to build new talent apartment buildings

Guangzhou's Huangpu district will start construction of three apartment buildings for talents on Aug 10.

The building complex will offer 275 apartments with total floorage of 37,542 square meters and planned space for supporting facilities such as a reading room, a fitness center and offices for property management on the first floor.

Other service facilities in the public area include a commercial business area, a garden, a swimming pool, and underground parking spaces.

According to the Work Report of the People's Government of Huangpu District for 2019, the complex is also expected to have a 6605.6-sq-m greenbelt. The whole construction project will be completed in May 2022 with an investment of 394.2 million yuan ($57.25 million).

The district plans to build more than 5,000 apartments this year, the work report says.

Huangpu has already built three high-end talent apartment complexes, namely the Xiangxue International Apartment Complex, the Zhixiang Apartment Complex and the Bio Island International Apartment Complex.
