Huangpu district plans to try out unmanned administrative examination and approval by putting 30 e-government all-in-one machines into service in the first half of this year.
In a business environment and investment attraction conference held on Feb 16, Huangpu announced its intention to introduce heavy reform measures in the field of administration approval.
On the one hand, Huangpu will continue to carry out in-depth technical review reform. On the basis of previous experience, it hopes to make a comprehensive survey of the administrative licensing matters involving technical review in the whole district and duplicate and popularize the mode of separation of administrative examination and technical examination for qualified administrative licensing matters.
On the other hand, the district will promote reform of "fast-track approval" while launching the second batch of active items.
Huangpu has accordingly completed preliminary investigation of the second batch of the "fast-track approval" active items, which will be announced before May. At the same time, it will take the lead in testing "intelligent approval", which blends artificial intelligence into government affairs management.
Moreover, Huangpu is about to implement "full process online" so that more proceedings can be dealt with from home.
