Information Times: Guangdong Innovation Center coming next year

Merck, the world's leading technology company, recently signed an agreement with the Huangpu district / Guangzhou Development District. The two parties will work together to promote innovation in South China. According to the agreement, Merck will set up an innovation center in Guangdong to officially open in September 2019.

The Guangdong Innovation Center is expected to be located in the International Biological Island of Huangpu district / Guangzhou Development District, Guangzhou, which is the core of the innovation ecosystem, surrounded by numerous technology companies, start-ups, universities, research institutes and related facilities. A showroom will be set up to showcase Merck's new technologies, innovations and future research directions in medical health, life sciences and high performance materials.
