Recordation of changes in Foreign-capital enterprises that do not involve special management for foreign capital access

According to the Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Amending the Four Laws including the Law of the People's Republic of China on Foreign-capital Enterprises, as of October 1, 2016, foreign-capital enterprises that do not require special management (negative list) for foreign capital access shall be listed for easy management.

Foreign-capital enterprises that do not involve special management for foreign capital access (negative list) (2018 edition) should:

1. Log in to the Guangdong Government Affairs Service Network http://www.gdzwfw.gov.cn/portal/index 

The specific operations are as follows: First open the Guangdong Government Affairs Service Network, then click Switch Regions and Departments → Guangzhou City → Huangpu District → District Investment Promotion Bureau, select Other → Recordation of Establishment and Changes of Foreign-capital Enterprises that do not Involve Special Management for Foreign Capital Access → Recordation of Changes in Foreign-capital Enterprises that do not Involve Special Management for Foreign Capital Access.

2. Click the Online Application for the corresponding matter to be handled. Finish the enterprise registration, log in, fill in the required fields, select Upload File and upload all the electronic materials according to the list of materials, and click Submit.

3. The enterprises will receive an acknowledgement of receipt after the materials are approved.
