The homestay is located in Donglan, amidst the many "handshake buildings" where locals reside. Its white facade, complemented by orange lighting, exudes a sense of warmth at night.

The central ground paved with copper drums is concise, simple, and blends into the surrounding environment. Corresponding to the ground are circular lighting fixtures suspended between the buildings.

The homestay's tea house, located on the tenth floor, emphasizes its multifunctionality and public nature. Additionally, a sky bridge has been erected using neighboring rooftops, turning the rooftop terraces into a community public garden that can serve as an exhibition space, community activity area, gathering place, and relaxation spot, fostering a sense of community.
