Projects at autonomous region level in Hechi in 2020
The Development and Reform Commission of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region released the construction plan for the first batch of key projects at the autonomous region level of 2020 on March 3.
There are 140 newly commenced projects that were included in the first batch of key projects at the autonomous region level of 2020, of which nine are set in Hechi, with a total investment of 4.15 billion yuan ($598.44 million).
Fuda Cold Chain Logistic Park for Agricultural Products
The Fuda Cold Chain Logistic Park for Agricultural Products is a project signed during last year's China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO), which was held in Nanning, capital of Guangxi, from Sept 21 to 24, 2019.
With a total investment of 1 billion yuan ($142 million), the park is planned to cover an area of about 220 mu (14.67 hectares) and a combined floor area of 240,000 square meters.
The park is set to be composed of an agricultural products wholesale trading area, an urban distribution and processing zone, a logistics and warehouse area, as well as a comprehensive supporting area with commercial hotels, an e-commerce building, restaurants, and residential lots.
Construction of the park started in January and is expected to be completed by 2021.
Jinshan Avenue in Yizhou District (Phase 1)
The first phase of the Jinshan Avenue project in Yizhou district consists of construction of a main road and two branch roads, with a total investment of 1.11 billion yuan.
The main road is set have a length of 5.02 kilometers and a width of 70 meters, with a designed speed of 60 km per hour. One of the branch roads is designed to be 1.11 km long and 40 meters wide, with a speed of 40 km/h, while the other will be about 0.65 km in length and 30 meters in width, with a designed speed of 40 km/h.
Construction of the project is set to start in June this year and is expected to be completed by 2021.
