Yuzhong county in Lanzhou, located in the heart of the Loess Plateau, has a cool climate and is a natural green vegetable cultivation area, known as the “Capital of Plateau Vegetables.” The vegetables grown here include celery, loose-leaf lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, bamboo shoots, and baby cabbage, among over 30 varieties.
