This year, Jiuquan in Northwest China's Gansu province has achieved remarkable success in attracting investment.
From Jan to Nov, the city welcomed an impressive 320 out-of-province projects worth over $703,000, as well as more than 120 billion yuan in contracts, with 29.9 billion yuan ($16.70 billion) of actual funds.
