In advancing rural vitalization, the province should give top priority to the transition from resources to assets, products to commodities, and fine quality to efficiency, Du said.
Longnan should pay close attention to realizing the transformation of the beautiful countryside into the high-quality economy in such aspects as expanding the processing and circulation of agricultural products, accelerating the development of modern rural production services to meet the growing needs of urban and rural residents for a better life and fostering new industries and new forms of business in the countryside to stimulate the industrial development, he said.
"To this end, we should coordinate the industrial development among different counties and towns to realize differentiated development, and in turn enhance the durability and competitiveness of the people-benefiting industries in counties," Du said.
