Flocks of bearded reedlings can be seen frolicking and foraging in the reeds at Sanhekou, the estuary of three rivers: Yellow River, Huangshui River and Datong River.
With its ecological environment having improved, Sanhekou in Xigu district, Lanzhou, Gansu province, has become a magnet for various birds.
In recent years, the local government has continued to promote regular river management, carrying out weekly inspections and establishing dynamic management accounts.
