Xiamen Airlines achieves safety and service excellence in 2025
Xiamen Airlines Group, including Hebei Airlines and Jiangxi Airlines, marked another year of aviation safety in 2025, completing over 770,000 flight hours and transporting more than 47 million passengers, bringing their cumulative flight hours to over 9.59 million.
To uphold rigorous safety standards, Xiamen Airlines underwent multiple certifications and safety audits by the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), using external oversight to enhance internal management and improve safety management quality and efficiency.
Recognized as an industry benchmark, Xiamen Airlines' safety management system was highlighted as an advanced case study in civil aviation safety governance. The airline hosted the IATA World Safety and Operations Conference, where it presented its "China Solution" and "Xiamen Airlines Initiative" to the global aviation community, highlighting China's achievements in aviation safety.
Building on its solid safety foundation, Xiamen Airlines expanded its route network and improved service quality. By the end of 2025, the airline's fleet had grown to 224 aircraft, with new routes connecting Fuzhou to Phnom Penh, Hanoi, and Surabaya; Quanzhou to Kuala Lumpur; and Yinchuan to Hong Kong. With 504 routes to 130 global destinations, travelers now have a wide range of options.
Xiamen Airlines also optimized service details to enhance the travel experience, earning the APEX "World Class Airline" honor for the fourth consecutive year, thanks to its outstanding safety and service standards.
