Japanese expert Nishino Masaaki who works in Changting county, Longyan city, Fujian province, obtained Longyan's first physical card integrating a foreigner work permit with a social security card on Feb 20.

Expressing gratitude to Changting's Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Nishino remarked, "Receiving China's social security card with everyone's assistance resolved a crucial matter I had eagerly awaited. Once again, I experienced the warmth of the Chinese community."

The social security card not only acts as an identity credential for managing various social security transactions but also aids in identity verification for job searches, unemployment registration, self-service inquiries, and more. Offering features like medical settlements, social security payments, financial transactions, and beyond, this card enhanced convenience for Nishino in both work and life in Changting.
