The Workshop on International Cooperation in Poverty Relief for Developing Countries took place from Oct 20 to 23 in Wuyishan city, Nanping, as a significant component of the Technical Task Forces (TTF) Model for the Poverty Alleviation Activities of the China-United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Cooperation Project and the internationalization of Fujian's TTF model. 

Nearly 40 government officials from more than 10 countries, including Peru, Sierra Leone, and Ghana, participated in the event.

The event focused on the significant role played by the TTF model in promoting poverty alleviation in rural China. The aim was to expand the international influence of Fujian's TTF model and provide the experiences and insights of Fujian to contribute to the economic and social progress of developing countries.

The Fujian to Study the TTF Model for the Poverty Alleviation Activities of China-UNDP Cooperation Project was launched in 2023 and established a poverty alleviation demonstration area and a tea demonstration site in Wuyishan, marking an important step in the internationalization of Fujian's TTF model.

During the event, guests visited and inspected high-quality rice cultivation demonstration areas and poverty alleviation tea demonstration sites in Wuyishan. During the workshop on international cooperation, Fujian's TTF offered vivid examples of their practical implementation and shared their experience with developing countries.

Officials from developing countries have expressed their appreciation for China's TTF model, unanimously acknowledging it as a great innovation. They pointed out that the TTF model in China has provided valuable assistance and inspiration to many countries and regions.
