The Xiamen Torch Development Zone for High Technology Industries will reinforce policy implementation, improve service quality and efficiency, and help 232 enterprises participate in Xiamen's pilot program for SME digital transformation within two years.

Specialized and sophisticated "little giant" firms are pivotal to the high-quality development of new industrialization. These measures support such firms by promoting expedited equipment upgrades, enhancing talent housing guarantees, and fostering leadership demonstrations.

The emphasis on industrial chain and supply chain collaboration has attracted significant attention from enterprises, encouraging key enterprises to collaborate with non-affiliated industrial enterprises, fostering the expansion of local industry and supply chain networks, and nurturing closer partnerships.

In recent years, the Xiamen Torch Development Zone for High Technology Industries has consistently organized supply-demand matchmaking events in sectors like smart manufacturing and energy conservation and environmental protection technologies. These events serve as in-person networking platforms for enterprises on both sides of the supply-demand equation, driving synergies across innovation, industry, and resource chains.
