Vice-Governor Lin Ruiliang

Lin Ruiliang, born in October 1966, is a male of Han ethnicity. He is a postgraduate and a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC). He is currently vice-governor and member of the leading Party members group of Fujian province, and secretary of the CPC Nanping Municipal Committee.
