First session of 13th CPPCC Fujian Provincial Committee opens in Fuzhou

The first session of the 13th Fujian Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) commenced on the morning of Jan 10 in Fuzhou, capital of Fujian province.
The annual session of the province's top political advisory body will last for four and a half days and concludes on Jan 14.
During the session, the CPPCC members are discussing local affairs and major political and social issues.
During the first session of the 14th Fujian Provincial People's Congress, which will open on Jan 11, they are expected to discuss the government work report and other reports.
