Ningde, a city in East China's Fujian province, has a coastline of 1,046 kilometers and a sea area of 44,500 square meters. Qixing Ocean Ranch in the city’s Xiapu county is Ningde's biggest offshore cage cultivation center. Since 2018, the ocean ranch has been working to promote the development of fish breeding in an effort to restore and improve the marine ecosystem.
