Yakult contains the unique strain Lactobacillus casei strain Shirota, which is Yakult's proprietary strain with intellectual property rights. This strain reaches the intestines alive and plays a beneficial role. Each bottle of Yakult is packed with active lactic acid bacteria. For instance, some products contain 50 billion Lactobacillus casei strain Shirota per bottle, helping to replenish the probiotics needed by the human body. Additionally, Yakult offers a low-sugar version that has 70% less sugar and 40% fewer calories than the original, catering to consumers who are mindful of their sugar intake. Tianjin Yakult Dairy Co., Ltd. is one of Yakult's production bases in China, specializing in the manufacturing and sales of active lactic acid bacteria beverages. Moreover, Tianjin Yakult Dairy Co., Ltd. actively engages with the public by fully opening its factory to visitors, with more than 200,000 people having toured the facility so far.  

Yakult Dairy Experience Center

The Yakult Dairy Experience Center is a venue that combines tours, learning, and interactive experiences, making it an ideal destination for families and children. Visitors can learn about Yakult's history and production process, and gain knowledge about gut health and probiotics through interactive games and lessons. The center also offers free samples of various Yakult beverages. Additionally, visitors have the opportunity to tour Yakult's production line, witnessing the entire process from probiotic cultivation to packaging and distribution. Experience centers are located in Shanghai, Wuxi, and other cities, with visits requiring prior reservation. Whether for kids or adults, the Yakult Experience Center is both educational and fun.
