Responsibilities:
Assist the Foreign Affairs Office of the Xiamen Municipal People's Government in the reception and translation of foreign affairs activities in Xiamen, as well as the translation of foreign affairs documents, letters, and external publicity materials.
Undertake technical, auxiliary, and administrative tasks related to:
• Passports for public affairs
• Travel permits to Hong Kong and Macao for public affairs
• Official visas
• APEC business travel cards
• Sister-city and international friendship-city exchange and cooperation programs
• Management and services for the consulate area and foreign consulates in Xiamen
Perform other tasks assigned by the XMFAO.
