China has launched a new pilot program to allow eligible enterprises greater access to overseas financing in support of green and low-carbon transformation projects, the country's foreign exchange regulator said on Aug 21.
The revised "Measures to Encourage and Support Entrepreneurship and Employment of Taiwan Youth in Xiamen Free Trade Zone" was officially released in March.
Xiamen Free Trade Zone has introduced another innovative measure — China's first intelligent stamp tax coordination mechanism for offshore trade, which officially commenced operations on July 1.
Since its establishment, the Xiamen FTZ has actively supported the financing leasing industry in various aspects such as economic policies, industrial support, and talent development.
The new "One Window for Cross-Strait" service model established by the Xiamen FTZ covers 10 categories of services including approval services, policy services, entrepreneurship services, and talent services.
