The first stop of the "Experiencing Happiness in China: Fujian Tour" brought a group of over 30 Chinese and international journalists and key online influencers to Xiamen.
The delegation visited the Xiamen Free Trade Zone, where they explored both the Maritime Silk Road Central Legal District FTZ Pilot Zone and the "Minnan Timewalk" theme park, experiencing firsthand the distinctive development appeal of the area.
At the Central Legal District, the delegation gained insights into the zone's efforts to advance high-standard opening up and foster a world-class, law-based business environment.
The zone has established a specialized legal services hub that provides convenient, efficient, and professional "one-stop" integrated legal and commercial support — catering both to overseas investors "bringing capital in" and Chinese enterprises "going global".
Bui Hai Mung, a Vietnamese journalist with the China Foreign Languages Publishing Administration, remarked, "This legal services hub is fantastic. It offers comprehensive support — legal, financial, and policy-related — for many companies expanding overseas. The model is truly worth learning from for coastal countries like Vietnam."

The delegation then visited the "Minnan Timewalk" theme park for an immersive exploration of Minnan (southern Fujian) culture. Through engaging themed activities, they experienced the cultural heritage of Minnan up close. Vivid performances transported the audience back in time, offering a glimpse into the unique charm born from the cultural convergence of diverse civilizations.
