Its flagship product, the MEMS atmospheric electric field instrument, features high precision and low power consumption, allowing for precise early warnings of lightning activity up to 30 minutes before they break out.
Beyond the field of meteorological monitoring, its products are also widely used in sectors such as the petrochemical industry, smart cities, and power grids.
By monitoring atmospheric electric field changes in real time, this system provides a frontline early-warning system that translates as safer production. Coupled with an AI and large-model-powered lightning warning platform, its forecasting accuracy exceeds 95 percent.
Thanks to the comprehensive integrated circuit industry ecosystem of the national-level "Xinhuo" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base in Xiamen, the Xiamen FTZ has provided substantial policy support, including R&D innovation and site assistance, significantly reducing operational costs for enterprises based there.
