Dalian Huarui Heavy Industry Steel Casting Co Ltd, a State-owned enterprise, was founded on Jan 25, 2008 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dalian Huarui Heavy Industry Group Co Ltd. It is located at No 29-7 Shunda Road, in the Lushun Economic Development Zone. 

The company has a floor area of over 70,000 square meters and registered capital of 7,500 million yuan. Its business scope is as follows: design, manufacturing, installation and debugging of metallurgical vehicles, coking furnace equipment and dry quenching equipment; manufacture of components and parts of metal work, structural metal, and electromechanical equipment; and processing of mechanical parts. The company has over 600 employees and more than 50 machining devices. The 5.5m stamp-charging coke oven equipment configuration produced by the company won the only first prize given at the 2009 Dalian City Scientific and Technological Progress Prizes event. The company produced a 6.25m stamp-charging coke oven with proprietary intellectual property rights in 2011, which filled a domestic vacancy; up to now only a few oversea companies have mastered this technique. The company is currently able to produce all types of coke oven machinery and hot-metal mix car equipment. In June, 2010, it was recognized as among the top high-tech enterprises of Dalian city.
