Founded in 1994, Gaishi Food Co Ltd is a professional instant food processing company with an established cultivation, processing and export network. "Gaishi" has been approved as a "Liaoning Famous Trademark" and it is striving to become a national famous trademark.

Edible mushrooms, wild vegetables and undaria pinnatifida are the main raw materials. At present, Gaishi Food Co Ltd is recognized as the largest edible mushroom processing company in Northeast China, and has been honored as a National Key Leading Enterprise in Agriculture Industrialization, a National R&D Branch Center for Edible Mushroom Processing Technology and a National Pilot Enterprise in Agricultural Product Processing.
