Sanjianbao Industrial Technology Park in Lushunkou, Dalian, governed by Sanjianbao subdistrict office of Lushunkou and located in the north of Lushunkou, is an industrial technology park approved by the People's Government of Lushunkou and features a scientific layout and perfect facilities.

The Park has been in planning since August 2001. In December 2011, it was approved by Dalian Municipal Government as "Sanjianbao Industrial Technology Park—Dalian Municipal Key Economic Zone", with a total planning area of 10.95 square kilometers. Phase I covers a floor area of 2 square kilometers and has been completed already, and Phase II covers a floor area of 8.95 square kilometers.

The Park is 35km away from the urban area of Dalian, 25km away from Dalian Zhouzishui International Airport, 45km away from the globally connected Dalian Port, 10km away from the urban area of Lushun, 18km away from Lushun New Port and only 2km away from Changlingzi Railway Freight Station. 202 National Road, Tuyang Expressway and Yantai-Dalian train ferry railway line all pass through Sanjianbao Street. The Park enjoys a complete and developed transportation system in water, land and railway, which provides a convenient condition for raw materials and goods transportation.

The Park has three zones divided by their focus of development, including technology , a small and medium enterprise park and pump production park. 

The Park features an open flat terrain, uniform layout, and good construction and geological conditions. It is adjacent to Liaoning Aquatic Sports Center, and enjoys an elegant and ecological environment. The Park is planned into a checkerboard network type in accordance with high standard. Since completion of construction, there have been 45 enterprises entered into the Park and put into production.

Sanjianbao Industrial Technology Park attracts enterprises featuring high technology, science, energy saving initiatives and environmental protection. It also welcomes companies in manufacturing, shipping and heavy machinery.
