Agricultural Paradise's 5th Pumpkin Art Festival will run through the first six days of the Lunar New Year beginning Jan 28, it was announced at a press conference on Jan 21.

Awards will be handed out across a range of categories such as Biggest or Oddest pumpkin, garnering prizes of 10,000 yuan ($1,450).
To add to the festivities, there will be a parade and crowd interaction, magic show, pumpkin art dancing, and even snowmaking.

Tickets can be purchased for 10 participatory activities including the Pumpkin Ring Toss, Pumpkin Bowling, and Pumpkin Noodle-Making.
Also on display will be the balcony farming cutting-edge terrace landscaping scenes.

Located at the foot of Shuanglong Mt of Meixi in Qianshan, Agricultural Paradise covers 133 hectares. Attached to the Zhuhai Agricultural Scientific Research Demonstration Base, this is the first Chinese agricultural tourism and sightseeing park. The facility is also a modern farm with an attractive environment showcasing high-tech agriculture.
