Yangzhou people have some ways of beating the summer heat without the use of air-conditioners. Here are some of the ways to staying cool.

The 22nd Shaobo Lake Crawfish Festival was launched in the food court of the Shaobo ancient town in Jiangdu district of Yangzhou, East China's Jiangsu province on July 9.
