Spring is a good season for weekend family outings and here is one of the best places to enjoy a dim sum brunch in Yizheng, a county-level city in Yangzhou, East China's Jiangsu province.
Yingchun Restaurant, which is renowned for its dim sum dishes like noodles with fish soup, dried beancurd, dried beancurd threads in consomme, steamed buns stuffed with juicy pork (小笼汤包Xiaolong Tangbao), and steamed buns stuffed with crab meat (蟹黄汤包 Xiehuang Tangbao).
The restaurant also supplies Lyuyang green tea that goes well with the dim sum, with the processing technique for the tea being a Yangzhou intangible cultural heritage item.
