"I hope the musical instruments made by us will be heard by more people," says Maititudi, a 22-year-old music lover working at a musical instruments plant in the Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region. The plant has eight workers. The oldest is 70 and the youngest is 22. Maititudi learns how to play the instruments from the older workers when he is not busy.
