Second session of 13th NPC opens in Beijing
The second plenary session of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and the second session of the 13th National People's Congress commenced opened on March 3 and on March 5 in Beijing respectively, with CPPCC members and deputies from across the country attending the event.
Tianjin CPPCC members and NPC deputies submited their proposals and motions during the event after visiting local areas, listening to people's views, and discussing solutions to some of the problems encountered over the past year.
