The finals of "2023 National Teenage Vehicle Model Education Competition" kicked off in Jizhou district, Tianjin on July 19th.

Over 1,200 contestants from 38 teams across the country have participated in the 28 vehicle model competition projects of the finals.
This year, the finals are hosted by the Aviation Radio Model Sports Management Center of the General Administration of Sport of China, the Car Modeling Association of China, Tianjin Sports Bureau, and the People's Government of Jizhou district.
This event, which has been held for 27 years since 1996, is a nationally science and technology sports activity for primary and secondary school students. The participating teenage students need to make their own race car models and write programs to control them during the competition.
One of the most eye-catching final was the "Unmanned Intelligent Vehicle Task Race", where schools, restaurants, viaduct, traffic lights and other buildings and facilities were virtually set up, and the contestants needed to complete their programs according to the task instructions.

Additionally, in order to enable participants from other places to enjoy the beautiful scenery and delicacies of Jizhou while participating in the competition, the organizers prepared gifts for each player and planned a one-day trip, providing them an opportunity to relax and enjoy their time in Jizhou.
