On Feb 16-17, Zhang Jianyu, head of Jizhou district, led a team to Beijing and visited key enterprises to promote regional cooperation.

Zhang firstly visited the leaders of the Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce in Beijing, the Zhejiang Provincial Office in Beijing, and the Nanjing Chamber of Commerce in Beijing to discuss comprehensive cooperation in primary, secondary and tertiary industries. After which, the team also visited high-quality enterprises in the cultural tourism industry, intellectual manufacturing industry and health industry to have exchanges on industrial development, business operations and projects construction, and reach preliminary cooperation intention agreements.
During the exchange meeting, Zhang introduced the advantageous resources, industrial foundation and promising future of Jizhou. He highlighted that in the recent years, Jizhou district has adhered to green development, and has achieved several honorary titles, including being a "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets" practical innovation base, national ecological civilization construction demonstration zone and being listed among the first batch of national tourism demonstration zones. In the future, Jizhou district will provide a better business environment for enterprises, contributing to the high-quality development of the region.
