Jizhou to strengthen the training of young teachers

Jizhou has built a high-quality educational system to improve the level of teacher team building. In recent years, 836 new teachers have been recruited to enrich the teaching team. In order to make this young team become the new force of education, the local government has launched the "three projects" to improve the quality and efficiency of education this year. It actively built a platform for young teachers to improve their profession, and focused on strengthening the training of young teachers.

This year, Jizhou has selected 20 headmasters, 60 head teachers, and 60 discipline teachers to participate in high-level education training in Beijing and Tianjin. The training was carried out in an all-around way to continuously improve the mentors' ability to teach. Among the 170 people who participated in education training, 89% were young cadres and key teachers under the age of 45.

Furthermore, the local government has promoted resource sharing. It has built a scientific management system that conforms to the actual education situation of the whole region, and improved the level of education as a whole. The leaders and teaching backbones of the urban leading schools and the teachers from rural schools and kindergartens carry out online and offline activities, which help them exchange teaching ideas, drive the overall improvement of the management of township schools, narrow the gap between urban and rural schools, and greatly stimulate the enthusiasm of young teachers.

Since this year, Jizhou has also held pre-job training for young teachers to learn relevant education laws and regulations, and organize them to listen to the guidance reports of senior teachers.
