A conference to discuss the financing of the cultural and creative industries was held at Beijing Cultural and Creative Industry Exhibition Center, on Aug 16.

The conference was hosted by the State-owned Cultural Assets Supervision and Administration Office (SOCASAO). Dong Dianyi, the office’s deputy director, Zhou Maofei, CEO of Beijing Cultural Investment Development Group and Chen Yan, general manager of the China Cultural Industry Development Group attended the event.

With a focus on the integration and financing of the cultural and tourism industries, the conference consisted of keynote speeches, roundtable discussions and project roadshows, enabling the 300 participants from investment institutions, businesses and the media to meet and exchange views.
