Property rights management and SOE reform training held in Beijing

The State-owned Cultural Assets Supervision and Administration Office recently held a property rights management and State-owned enterprise (SOE) reform training class in Beijing. Eighty people from government departments in Beijing attended the event.
Policies on SOE reform, tax and funding operations were illustrated at the training class. Supervision of SOE assets was thoroughly discussed as well.
Members were invited to talk about reform and development of cultural enterprises and property rights management in SOEs. They improved their understanding of the policies and processes of SOE reform and cultural asset supervision and bettered their working ability in these areas.
