A delegation composed of influential people from countries along the Belt and Road learned the cultural and creative industries in Beijing on May 19. 

The delegation of more than 40 people included think tank personnel, cultural celebrities, photographers and media reporters from Russia, Turkey and Egypt, visited the State-owned Cultural Assets Supervision and Administration Office of Beijing (SOCASAO) and the Beijing Cultural and Creative Industry Exhibition Center. 

SOCASAO introduced its main functions to the delegation, and gave them an overview of Beijing’s cultural and creative industry and the city’s efforts to promote it. 

The visitors praised the exhibition and the fruitful results of Beijing cultural and creative industries.

The visit was organized by the Beijing Municipal People’s Government Information Office and China Radio International to promote Beijing among the countries along the Belt and Road.
