Latest culture, science and technology fusion debut in Beijing
The 2016 Beijing Culture, Science and Technology Fusion Exhibition, May 19 – 22 -- a part of the 19th China Beijing International High-Tech Expo (CIFTIS) in the China International Exhibition Center in Beijing, aligned itself with industrial development of the “Internet + culture” to show some key techniques and applications of virtual reality (VR) and big data, in cultural creativity in design, animation, games, the mobile Internet, film and TV, digital contents, new media, and cultural equipment.

Taking part in the exhibition were Le TV Holdings Co, with an interactive experience on TV, earphones, mobile phones and VR equipment; the Beijing Gehua Online Culture Media Co, with a “Crazy Fun” themed experience house; a functional material company in Beijing, with its naked eye 3D and naked eye VR, while Beijing Bluefocus Brand Management Consultation Ltd had its big data projects for audiences to gaze at.
The cultural creative enterprises displayed other achievements as well, such as innovative souvenirs for Beijing tourism, a dinner service for state banquets, and special products for the 2016 Rio Olympic Games.
Sponsor of the exhibition was the Beijing State-owned Cultural Assets Supervision and Administration Office (SOCASAO) which says it has always been committed to industrial fusion in culture, science, technology, and finance since its founding in 2012. The next CIFTIS will be held May 18 - 21, in 2017.
