Cultural integration contracts reached 1.13b yuan
Contracts were signed to strengthen the integration between cultural creative industries and Internet-related industries.
Themed “Cross-border cooperation, integrated development”, the 2015 Beijing Cultural Integration Development Projects Promotion Contract Signing Ceremony was held in Beijing on Oct 30. It was part of the 10th China Beijing International Cultural & Creative Industry Expo (ICCIE) from Oct 29 to Nov 1.
Twenty-one companies introduced their products, and 22 contracts were signed, with a total value of 1.13 billion yuan ($172.2 million). The contracts promote integration between the cultural creative industry and the mobile Internet, cloud computing, big data and the Internet of Things. They also lead to integrated development of various industries, including high-end manufacturing, construction, commercial services, information, tourism, agriculture, and sports.
The contract-signing ceremony of the 10th China Beijing International Cultural & Creative Industry Expo is held on Oct 30.
The conference was co-organized by the Beijing State-owned Cultural Assets Supervision and Administration Office (SOCASAO), the Beijing Cultural Creative Industry Association, and the Beijing Haidian Cultural Creative Industry Association. Long Xiaowen, vice-director of the office, and Lin Bin, member of the 10th ICCIE committee and vice-director of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Beijing branch, gave speeches at the conference.
More than 200 people were in attendance, including government leaders, cultural integration companies, heads of financial institutes, experts and major media.
