Cangxi county in Guangyuan, Sichuan province has long been celebrated for its sweet and juicy pears. Since 2003, the county has hosted the Pear Blossom Cultural Tourism Festival for 19 times, in a bid to develop its tourism industry.

This year's festival, running from March 15 to 29, aligns with the full bloom cycle of the pear blossoms. It features two main themes: ancient Chinese-style garden party and a vibrant music carnival.

Visitors can enjoy a series of exciting activities, including costume parade, hot air balloon experiences, stargazing camps, outdoor live house performances, and a grand celebrity concert.

The event also offers a taste of Cangxi's rich culinary heritage. Visitors can savor local specialties such as the "Cangxi Ten Bowls" dishes, the elegantly crafted pear banquet, and the fresh river food—each showcasing the unique flavors of this region.

With its immersive cultural experiences, breathtaking spring landscapes, and signature local delicacies, the festival promises an unforgettable celebration of nature and tradition.
