Guangyuan products shine at Sichuan Agricultural Expo
The 10th Sichuan Agricultural Expo, held from Sept 20 to 23 in Chengdu, served as an important platform for Guangyuan to promote its rich agricultural and cultural assets.

Representing Guangyuan were 50 agricultural enterprises and two cultural tourism companies, who, between them, showcased more than 500 products. At the Guangyuan Pavilion, visitors were presented with a diverse selection of products, including premium grains, oils, specialty crops, and eco-friendly livestock and aquaculture.
Iconic tourism routes such as the Cuiyun Corridor and Jianmen Pass, along with creative cultural products, were also prominently displayed. Activities including product tastings, exhibitions and promotions captured the attention of many.

The pavilion also featured miniature gardens that displayed local specialties like black fungus and high-altitude vegetables. More than 2,000 vouchers for tasting Guangyuan's premium agricultural products were distributed to attendees.
The expo proved to be a commercial success for Guangyuan, with onsite sales reaching 2.76 million yuan ($390,575.88) and an additional 2.13 million yuan in sales generated through e-commerce and live-streaming platforms.

Beyond product displays, the Guangyuan Pavilion actively engaged in branding and promotional efforts, facilitating valuable interactions with traders, buyers and visitors.
Notable agreements included 20 major projects valued at 3.2 billion yuan, such as the construction of a cold-chain logistics center in Cangxi County and premium grain and oil production in Lizhou.
In addition, 26 procurement contracts were signed, covering products such as Cangxi Red Heart Kiwi, with a total value of 74 million yuan. The expo further solidified Guangyuan's reputation as a leading producer of high-quality agricultural goods and cultural tourism experiences.
