Co-construction and co-governance
The city has strengthened the village-level Party-led organization system. The "points system, list system + digitalization" smart rural governance model has been effectively implemented, with widespread use of the village affairs management platform.
Simultaneously, comprehensive land and spatial planning for 33 township-level and 50 village-level areas have been completed. This has allowed for the scientific and orderly construction of harmonious and beautiful villages with unique characteristics, tailored to local conditions.
