At an investment symposium in Singapore, He invited local enterprise representatives to visit Guangyuan and create more new highlights in cooperation of modern agriculture, food and beverage, the digital economy and industrial park operation.

Additionally, He visited several enterprises during his trip to Singapore. He discussed with Pan Shuhong, chairman of Yarra Group, on promoting high-quality beef, cattle and sheep whole industry chain projects, and compared notes with Wilmar International leaders on intensive processing, brand sales, logistics and transportation.

During his stay in Australia, He visited local governments, chambers of commerce and enterprises including Capral Aluminum Group and New South Wales' International Warehousing and Logistics Port.

He hoped that more foreign-funded enterprises would come to Guangyuan for on-the-spot inspections, and tap the cooperation potential in the fields of aluminum-based new materials, silicon-based new materials, energy and chemical industry, and modern logistics.

In Tokyo, He presented Guangyuan's economic and social development to local business persons at a symposium, saying that Guangyuan will focus on creating a market-oriented, legalized and internationalized business environment.

He expected participating companies to visit Guangyuan for investigation, negotiation and investment in the fields of industry, cultural tourism, health care, science and technology education, so as to achieve win-win results for both parties.

In Osaka, Fang Wei, deputy consul general of the Chinese Consulate General in Osaka, spoke highly of Guangyuan's cultural and tourism resources and provided a glowing recommendation. Fang looked forward to more Japanese tourists visiting Guangyuan and learning about China through cultural tourism activities.
