The Guangfulin Cultural Relics Park, dubbed "the root of Shanghai", has long been a top choice for foreign visitors to Shanghai looking to experience the city's historic culture.
Shanghai Normal University organized a trip to the park for international students on Oct 8, during the National Day holiday.
The students visited cultural and archaeological exhibition halls at the park and several of them said they were amazed by the ancient Shanghai architecture at the park.
